We loved the stylish look of this pretty wedding from the moment we saw it and we couldn't wait to share it with you. New York couple Corrie and Chris held their chic Southern nuptials in Corrie's hometown of Charleston, SC, where every detail was photographed by the talented Shannon Michele Photography. Corrie, a graphic designer for Tiffany & Co., shaped her wedding's unique aesthetic with a luxe urban feel in a sophisticated palette of black and white. She wore a simple silk tafetta gown and statment bib necklace by J.Crew, adding a birdcage veil and fascinator made with a large white blossom and feather detailing. Her bridesmaids wore black cocktail dresses with knee-length pencil skirts and carried mixed bouquets of white blooms with accents of white anemones. Corrie carried a bouquet made entirely of white anemones with dramatic black centers, while Chris and his groomsmen wore white anemone boutonnieres with their classic tailored black suits. Their intimate ceremony was held at The Harbor Grille overlooking Charleston's spectacular harbor. Guests were seated in natural wood chairs on either side of the aisle, punctuated by a crisp white runner. Corrie and Chris exchanged vows framed by a canopy made of billowing white fabric and tall arrangements of curly willow branches.Corrie designed all the event's paper goods and created a selection of inspired details. Printed black and white vellum labels on lighted votives served as unique escort cards and delicate branching laser-cut table black numbers were dramatically backlit, displayed on tall frosted pillar candles. Centerpieces were made using bunches of white dendrobium orchids and long black menu cards printed with white lettering were set at each place setting. In lieu of a traditional guest book, guests were asked to take a polaroid picture of themselves and sign it with a little note to the bride and groom.
