Callann visited India and fell in love with its vibrant culture. She enlisted the help of Reveal Event Style and florist A Village of Flowers to infuse her Nashville, TN wedding with brilliant Indian style and color. Designed in a bold palette of jewel tones, Callann and Will's fall fete was held at the historic Belle Meade Plantation and photographed by Dove Wedding Photography. Callann wore an oyster silk taffeta gown by Vera Wang with a draped halter bodice, floral embellished sash and a skirt with tiers of ruffles. She added a pair of violet peep toe pumps, a birdcage veil and a full bouquet of soft coral garden roses mixed with jeweled brooches. Her bridesmaids wore chic, shoulder-baring cocktail dresses in rich plum, while Will and his groomsmen wore black tuxedos with orange bowties.The palette based on orange and violet was accented by gold carving and colorful embroidered and patterned pieces and fabrics, transforming the reception tent on the lawn of Belle Meade. A long Viking-style at the center of the tent was draped in patterned orange overlays with gold embroidery to match the stunning chair backs created for the wedding party with elaborate gold frames and orange paisley fabric. Centerpieces were created using a variety of bright blooms, while stacked orange parasols hung over the center of the table draped with ropes of flowers for a dramatic display. Round guest tables were covered in a mixture of linens ranging from orange patterned overlays to eggplant solids paired with folded napkins in bright tangerine, amber water goblets and gold chivari chairs. Ornate embroidered and solid floor pillows were scattered throughout for lounging, lanterns and candles offered flickering candlelight and draping created the feeling of an intimate space. The couple's four-tier ivory and white wedding cake made by Maples Wedding Cakes featured intricate with piping and bold patterned color washes lit the ceiling.
