Megan and Lin were married in a stylish North Carolina affair photographed by Joy Lyn Photography. The event was designed in a sophisticated palette of brilliant white, fresh green and cerulean with clean modern detailing. Megan wore a beautiful figure hugging gown with plunging V-neck embellished along the neckline with crystal beading. She added a gorgeous pair of bold cerulean blue peep toe pumps with bow detailing and sparkling brooch and carried a bouquet of all white blooms, including orchids and roses. Her bridesmaids carried similar smaller versions of Megan's bouquet that created a bold contrast to their gorgeous cerulean blue cocktail dresses that they accessorized with statement necklaces of dark gray pearls. Lin and his groomsmen wore charcoal gray suits with white button downs and striped silver and blue ties along with vibrant striped socks in a variety of shades of blue that matched up perfectly with Megan's brilliant blue pumps.
The reception was held at the newly renovated North Carolina Museum of Art that provided a modern and sophisticated space for the couple's stunning reception. Sleek long white tables set with matching white chairs provided seating for guests during the reception. Gray table runners decorated the tables along with contemporary arrangements from Watered Garden that featured delicate white blooms and feathers in beautiful blue glass vases. Lounge areas were created throughout the unique space with fun modern arrangements of white tables and stylish padded white chairs accented with textured steel blue pillows. Guests enjoyed delicious bites from the museum's restaurant, Iris as well as drinks and a colorful blue signature cocktail. Food tables were draped in silver linens and adorned with clean and modern arrangements of calla lily stems, orchid strands and curly willow branches set in tall square white vases. Goldbug created pretty labels written in script font in gray and cerulean blue for all the food and also crafted the stunning peacocks that adorned the couple's three tier confection.
