Images for a Cure Workshop Recap!

The Images for a Cure Workshop just happened a couple weeks ago and was a huge success with 70 amazing photographers joining from all over the country to hear speakers talk on everything from marketing, client relationships, getting published, lighting and retouching. Our very own Creative Director, Brooke Thomas headlined the incredible event with a discussion on what editors are looking for in publishing Real Weddings. The two day intensive workshop featured a day of speaking where photographers learned from other photographers sharing their knowledge and expertise followed by a half day of shoot experience. The workshop was a way of giving back to all the amazing photographers who participated in Images for a Cure this past year by donating one day of session fees, which helped raise $15,000 for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

As sponsors of Images for a Cure we were thrilled to be involved in the phenomenal mission of IFAC, bringing together an amazingly talented group of wedding photographers and professionals together to support an incredible cause like The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
