The minute we spotted Salena and Rolf's over the top circus soiree photographed by the fabulous ladies of VUE Photography, we couldn't wait to share it! From the bedazzled clown noses and fuzzy mustaches to the towering 12 foot stilt walkers, knife throwers and strong men no detail was left unturned for this extravagant circus themed wedding. Designed in a pretty palette of light pink and green every detailed followed the theme, including the couple's circus wedding invitations from Arboreal Paper with traditional circus inspired lettering and kissing booth ticket. Salena looked stunning in her figure hugging strapless gown and bubble hemmed train. She accessorized with a birdcage veil and carried a beautiful bouquet of vibrant green hydrangea, baby's breath, white chrysanthemums and roses in both soft white and a rich antique hue all tied together with trailing ribbon made by Events by Nouveau Flowers. Her bridesmaids wore cocktail dress in rose petal pink with unique pleated bust detailing, while the flower girl wore a sweet little white dress with sash to match the girls and carried a wand topped with a pomander of roses. Salena and Rolf exchanged vows beneath the gorgeous old trees covered in Spanish moss.Situated on the lush grounds of Eden Garden State Park, the reception took place under the big top tent where the circus theme was in full swing. Cocktail tables were dressed in gold linens and topped with sparkling embroidered and sequined toppers. The tent was draped in panels of sheer white fabric and gold, while crystal chandeliers adorned the ceiling rafters and created a focal point for the couple's spectacular towering confection from Fatty Patty's Cakes featuring a mixture of white pin dot tiers and round globes adorned with gold stripes all upon a base made to look like a gold draped pedestal. Salena's lovely bouquet was housed in a large gold birdcage and put on display for everyone to see. Circus inspired snacks were on hand for guests to enjoy and included boiled peanuts served in newsprint, cotton candy in the wedding palette and popcorn in custom light pink and green popcorn boxes. The entertainment for the evening was provided by FSU Flying High Circus. From stilt walkers, tumbling acts and jugglers to a sword thrower who used Rolf as part of his act, guests were treated to their own private circus for the night.
