Known for our edgy take on classic style and trend-setting approach to bridal fashion, Weddings Unveiled is the hottest bridal magazine in print for today's modern sophisticate. For our head-turning Spring 2010 fashion editorial, Daydreams, we photographed a selection of the season's prettiest looks on location at a dreamy, sunlit citrus grove in Florida.Our spring issues are generally produced in the middle of winter and shooting fashion during the coldest time of year has its challenges. Needless to say, we learned a lesson after experiencing snow on location in Virginia a couple of years ago. With that in mind, we packed up the truck (our Creative Director's Chevy Tahoe, otherwise known as "the truck") and headed to Florida, hoping for a sunny day in the vast citrus groves owned by our new friends, the Arnolds. We caught the sunshine on film alright, but the warmth… not so much. The cold followed us to the sunshine state and the mercury plummeted. We woke up on shoot day to frigid temperatures and blustery winds. Our model hung in there and we created stunning images of dresses by some our favorite designers, including Vera Wang, Marchesa, Oscar de la Renta and more. In addition, two spectacular gowns made the list from Rafael Cennamo, a relative newcomer who introduced his debut bridal collection this past fall and whose lovely champagne pink ruffled gown made our cover.Styling and Photography: Brooke Thomas.
